How long does it take to make a personalized gift?
Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days. Complex designs may take a little longer — we'll always confirm timing on WhatsApp.
Can I customize the design, colors and fonts?
Yes! Names, dates, fonts, thread colors, hoop sizes and even reference photos — every order is made entirely to your specifications.
Do you accept photo-based orders?
We do. Share your photo on WhatsApp after placing the order and our team will start on a thread interpretation.
What is the shipping cost and delivery time?
We ship pan-India. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders deliver within 3–6 business days of dispatch.
What about returns?
Because each piece is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge — see our Refund Policy.
How do I care for my embroidery hoop?
Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft brush. The hoop is meant to last generations when cared for.
