Products & Customization
All products are handmade and made-to-order based on the specifications you provide. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the handmade character and not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available.

Liability
