Made-To-Order Items
Customized products are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. Each piece is crafted exclusively for you, which is why we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item free of charge.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production hasn't started. After production begins, cancellations are not possible as materials and time are committed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
