Payment Policy
Customized products require prepaid payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized/handmade products. Production starts only after payment confirmation.
We accept secure prepaid payments via UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking and Wallets — processed through Razorpay.
Production Time
All items are handmade and made-to-order. Typical production takes 5–10 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days across India through our trusted courier partners.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination pincode and order weight.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp.
